Pre-workout ritual (PWR) to the rescue

The Pre-workout Ritual (PWR) is your insurance policy for not quitting on those challenging days. It’s what will keep your momentum going. I consider it the cornerstone of any successful workout plan!

The PWR consists of two parts:

a) The pre-workout checklist and

b) the warm-up.

Do you ever have those days that you feel like you want to train but you’re just too overwhelmed? Little things demotivate you to easily and for some reason, you feel like you just don’t know where to get started… Maybe you get frustrated because you’re looking for your workout-shirt and you just can’t find it. Or because you’re trying to remember the order and exercises in your warm-up routine. Or maybe you keep on getting hold on phone-calls or other random micro-tasks that consume whatever spare time you had to train. Although these “little” things seem insignificant, they often end up consuming all of our willpower/motivation to train. Especially during days that you’re already too busy and stressed.
